Currently, I regularly lead workshops, as well as maintaining private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I've been teaching students ages 3 to 89 for over 30 years. Currently, my focus is on grief recovery as well as personal growth.
C.H.T. is unique in that a Clinical Certified Hypnotherapist teaches it individually, so it is personalized to each mother’s unique needs and concerns. C.H.T. is an holistic approach to natural childbirth; a very successful hypnobirthing training utilizing relaxation, NLP, guided imagery, child birth education, healing touch (Reiki in doula work), that promotes a shorter labor, reduces fear, or need for painkillers. Our expectant mothers birth their babies by trusting in their body's own natural process and the power of their mind.

The arts are therapeutic, in and of themselves....used as a vehicle for communication of thoughts, feelings and for the purpose of developing insight and resolving emotional conflicts. Art in this way is process-oriented...the product and technical ability to make art are less important than the experience of making art. Our lives gain meaning through the creative experience.
