USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION TRAINING - Saturday & Sunday, NOVEMBER 30 AND DECEMBER 1, 2019 (9:30-5:30 Sat., 1-5:30 Sun.) Durham, NC. INCLUDES FOUR SACRED FIRST DEGREE REIKI ATTUNEMENTS. In this class you will learn about the origins and history of this sacred healing system from Japan. You will learn and discuss the Reiki precepts. Participants will learn and practice Reiki hand positions on self and others. We will also be learning about the Chakra system and about the endocrine system. Class members will learn how to ground, center, and protect themselves energetically. You will receive a study manual to take home with you, as well as a certificate of completion. Participants will have ample time to practice their skills with each other in this training. Vegetarian lunch is included on Saturday.
