SHAMANIC DIVINATION IN PRACTICE WORKSHOP - ONLINE ADVANCED SHAMANIC TRAINING VIA ZOOM - SPONSORED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR SHAMANIC STUDIES - 1-Day Live online via ZOOM Interactive Technology - SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2021 from 9:30 AM TO 5:30 PM. Prerequisite: Successful completion of the FSS online training, The Shamanic Journey: Pathway to Knowledge and Power OR the FSS basic workshop Michael Harner's The Way of the Shaman, taken with an authorized FSS Faculty Member. The skilled practice of shamanic divination, the process of consulting the compassionate helping spirits for knowledge, is an essential aspect of shamanic healing and of bringing the wisdom of the helping spirits to bear on personal, local, and global issues. This workshop offers students opportunities to practice methods for contacting their compassionate spirit helpers, particularly through the shamanic journey, and to enhance their abilities to form on-topic questions and interpret the messages received. Participants will also experience classic shamanic ways to build and nurture strong relationships with their own spirits. This experiential online training taught by FSS faculty members is offered via Zoom video conferencing, which is free to individual users. Participants will see and hear each other and interact in pairs and small groups, as well as in the full circle. All students must participate with audio and video. Instructions for Zoom and workshop access will be provided by the instructor after registration. The course consists of six hours of training. Completion of the entire workshop (6 hours) is required for credit. 7 FSS Continuing Education (CE) Credits available. Tuition for this workshop is $140, and is required in order to hold your space (see below). At this time FSS online workshops will focus on content that offers powerful and effective methods to gain and apply wisdom from the spirits to resolve persistent problems facing humanity, our precious Earth, and its inhabitants. Shamanic Divination in Practice is a required pre-requisite for students planning to participate in our online advanced FSS core shamanic healing training series in 2021.
