Creat a chart or journal a diet diary. Keep log of what you are eating. Do this so that you can see for yourself where you weakness and/or strengths are. Observe how many meals you actually eat on the average (per day). Where are you receiving your calcium, proteins, vitamins, minerals, iron, folic acid, omega fat's and other important nutrients. We eat to sustain a healthy body, to minimize dis-ease and to grow a healthy baby.
