A top international trainer and speaker, Cathy found participants frequently requested that she use her knowledge to become their life or executive coach. Her background is diverse and well-rounded. Cathy has owned a restaurant, been a Real Estate Broker, doen financial counseling, facilitated grief support groups, and consults for nonprofit start-ups and Board effectiveness. Cathy is a qualified Mediator. Coaching is a natural. Cathy researched and found the program she believes to be the most effective for understanding the process and really empowering clients -- plus it is affordable!

After earning her Certified Coach Practitioner designation, Cathy went on to become a Master Coach. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to train others for Life and Executive Coaching.
