Having over 30 years' experience as a special educator, and working with educational and medical facilities to provide non-drug treatment to people with neurodevlopmental challenges, Judith Bluestone founded The HANDLE Institute in 1994 to provide both clinical and educational services, training Practitioners in HANDLE (Holistic Approach to NeuroDevelopment and Learning Efficiency).

Judith Bluestone was, herself, severely challenged by neurodevelopmental weaknesses, and brings both her own experience and her professional training and experience to her work.
