Swedish Massage—this massage is designed for anyone looking for a soft and gentle massage, simply to relax and pamper the body. It is designed to relieve stress and create a better mind-body balance. A great massage at the end or beginning of a busy week.

Pressure Point Massage—the use of thumb and fingers on the bodies natural pressure points to relieve chronic pain associated with nerves that may be "pinched" or "inflamed" by stressed or swollen muscles or joints. Some people experience a deeper level of relaxation with pressure point work that with Swedish massage.

Therapeutic Massage—this type of massage involves combinations of movements designed to reduce edema or swelling, promote blood flow and healing, increase lymph flow to remove toxins and relieve pain. It may also be recommended by your physician in cases where there is chronic tension in your body.

Deep Tissue Massage—this massage is for people who require a more deep, intricate form of massage to stimulate circulation in the muscles. You might ask for this if you have had an accident that injured muscles or deep tissue. Massage is suggested often for pain due to injuries to muscles and surrounding connecting tissue. The massage techniques are designed to remove adhesions and lesions in these areas. For those clients who need and request Deep Tissue Massage, pain is relieved by working deeply on those regions of the body that require it. Often posture is corrected after a Deep Tissue Massage Therapy session and the pain from the incorrect posture is relieved.

Sports Massage—this massage is designed to enhance performance pre-events and offer advance recovery post-event. This type of Massage is great for the weekend athlete, as well as the regular golfer, tennis player, runner and cyclist. Vigorous movements are applied to muscles that stimulate circulation of the blood and lymph. Nathan will make arrangements to come to your sporting events and handle all your pre and post sports therapy needs.

Myofascial Release—involves interactive stretching of muscles and surrounding connective tissue to relieve pain and improve range of movement. Nathan relies on your feedback to determine the degree of stretch and the direction, force, and duration of that stretch. Often the pain and tensions caused by problems with posture are related to daily activities or repetitive movements. This type of therapy gently stretches and balances the body and increases the range of motion, the fluidity of that motion and reduces the pain and tension associated with posture problems.

On Location Massage—this massage is done either on a massage table or chair. The main focus is on reduction of stress and tension of the back, neck and shoulder muscles. This type of massage can last from 15 minutes to one hour, depending on the needs of the client. During this time Nathan can share with you stretching and postural principals to help you better manage your stress.
