    Indoor Cycling:
    The Indoor Cycling classes are a fun way to help you burn tons of calories while riding our top-of-the line stationary bicycles in a safe and fun group environment. Our motivational cycling instructors were trained at Tour de France winner Greg LeMond’s, LeMond Academy. Indoor cycling is great for all abilities and will help you get lean, increase lower body strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

    CSI (Cardio Strength Interval):
    Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get CSI. This workout uses a variety of equipment and cycles activity with built-in recovery for a time efficient, easy to follow workout.

    Pilates:
    Learn to utilize and strengthen your “powerhouse” – deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back. This one hour class combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements.

    Yoga:
    Strength and flexibility are key to building a healthy, happy body. Yoga introduces postures that condition your body to be stronger and more flexible. Generally accepted as one of the best ways to increase your overall conditioning and athletic performance, Yoga is suitable for anyone willing to give it a try.

    Zumba:
    Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
