We offer pilates classes and privates, yoga classes and privates, muscular therapy, physical therapy and our renowned Bad Back Program.

Profile and Credentials        

Fully Trained and certified pilates Instructor with over 13 years of experience working with clients. Winner "Best of Boston" and "Best Pilates Studio 2003"

Philosophy and Comments        

Joseph Pilates developed 34 original mat exercises and he found that most people including dancers and athletes were too weak to do them without straining. He developed his equipment to assist the client to work the proper muscles to complete the exercises withou straining. Pilates should be taught utilizing the equipment first to help the client feel the movement, get stronger, more flexible and confident in their body.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule        

Over 35 small group classes and over 50 private sessions each week in Pilates. Yoga classes & pilates classes are charged on a monthly basis. Massage, Physical Therapy and Bad Back Program are by appointment.
