Reiki/Crystal treatment:
You relax, fully clothed, on a massage table. I will work with your energy field to choose crystals that will work for just what you need. In Reiki, the healer holds her hands on or above you in your energy field. A treatment can last an hour or longer depending on the treatment required. There is very little, or no pressure on the body making it ideal for treating all ages and conditions. The energy flows wherever it is needed and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. Reiki and Crystal Healing is a very relaxing and soothing experience!
There is no religious belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can receive a Reiki treatment or a Reiki attunement. As in any healing the first step towards a healthier life is a desire to be healed.
