I assist mothers/couples through late pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and adjustment to breastfeeding and parenting. I participate as a member of the birthing team in both home and hospital births.

RN registered in 5 states. Certified Childbirth Educator by Lamaze Int'l. Birthing From Within Level 1 Mentor. Certified birth doula by Doulas of North America.

I believe that all women have the power within themselves to have a healthy, safe, and joyous birth. I support mothers with their own birth plans and encourage educated choices for childbirth.

A doula works all hours. I ask a fee of $600.00 which will include 2 doula classes, attending the entire labor and birth at home, birth center or hospital if requested, assisting with total labor support, bonding and breastfeeding after birth, and postpartum support. I teach a series of private birthing classes in my home using the Lamaze International and Birthing From Within philosophies. Private class series are $175 for 7 sessions with a maximum of 5 couples.
