Liz is a certified birth doula (DONA)and is currently pursuing her postpartum doula certification through Birth Works. Her philosophy is continuous physical and emotional support for the laboring woman. She runs a new mothers group and a childbirth, pregnancy and parenting book club. She also facilitates an attachment parenting workshop and is a distributor of Over The Shoulder Baby Holder brand slings.

$650.00 per birth with $250.00 deposit and $400.00 at 36 weeks. Postpartum services are $20.00 per hour.
