The Essentials of Craniosacral Biodynamics seminar syllabus is complete on its own as an introduction to the CS Biodynamic practice and is also the first of ten seminars for the Craniosacral Biodynamics 700 hour foundation course. Practitioner status or equivalent is a prerequisite for the foundation course.

My background is varied: social worker, artist, teacher, mother, and healing arts practitioner. I began studying alternative healing in 1978 and craniosacral with Franklyn Sills in 1989. I started teaching my first craniosacral course in 1994. My school and private practice is located in Honolulu and Toronto.


** Elizabeth Hammond is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST), and is an approved teacher of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. She is also a Reiki Master, AMTA Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and a Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) and Certified Polarity Educator (CPE) by the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA).**

Currently, I make a living from following my heart and listening to the unseen. My teaching and a private practice move me into states of joy and serenity while holding the shadow and suffering. My years of study, teaching and counseling have led to my development of a conscious communication process to assist awakening. The complexities of this work fill me with wonder.


For me, awakening is a process of remembering, an unconditional viewing of the duality, celebrating duality as an experience that co-exists with ONENESS.


My spiritual awakening parallels my practical world. I speak only of what I live first hand. It is a moment to moment inspirational evolution that continues to intrigue me.
