We carry a full line of nutritional and digestive products that aid in boosting the immune system and rebuilding the digestive tract.

Clients can come early before their appointment and take advantage of our immune boosting therapies by using the Rebounder or Chi Machines for FREE. This stimulates the immune system and will enhance the colon hydrotherapy experience.

Jane Guyette brings 10 years of holistic healing experience as a client and practitioner to Inner Awakening through her work in Pilates, Massage, Reiki, Nutrition and Colon Hydrotherapy. She started her holistic studies in 2001 in Pilates, 2002 in Swedish Massage, 2005 in Nutrition and 2006 in Colon Hydrotherapy. Jane is certified in Colon Hydrotherapy at the Advanced Level through I-ACT (International Association of Colon Hydrotherapists) and is currently getting her Masters in Holistic Nutrition.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY IS THE SAFE, GENTLE INFUSION OF PURIFIED, TEMPERATURE-REGULATED WATER INTO THE COLON. NO CHEMICALS OR DRUGS ARE INVOLVED AND THE ENTIRE THERAPY IS USUALLY BOTH RELAXING AND EFFECTIVE.

DURING THE TREATMENT, THE CLIENT LIES ON A TREATMENT TABLE (MUCH LIKE A MASSAGE TABLE) IN COMPLETE COMFORT. A SMALL DISPOSABLE SPECULUM IS GENTLY INSERTED BY THE CLIENT, THROUGH WHICH WARM FILTERED WATER PASSES INTO THE COLON. A SKILLED COLON HYDROTHERAPIST WILL USE SEVERAL FILLS AND RELEASES OF WATER, AS WELL AS LIGHT MASSAGE TECHNIQUES, TO ASSIST YOUR BODY IN RELEASING TOXIC WASTE MATTER ADHERING TO THE WALLS OF THE COLON.

EACH COLON HYDROTHERAPY SESSION LASTS APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 45 MINUTES AND ONE SHOULD ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR PER OFFICE VISIT. INITIALLY, A SERIES OF AT LEAST THREE SEPARATE THERAPY SESSIONS IS USUALLY RECOMMENDED TO ACHIEVE OPTIMAL CLEANSING BENEFITS.
