I have been trained as a Usui and Karuna (TM) Reiki Master and Teacher. I have also been trained as a Reflexologist and am certified through the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB). Additionally, I am certified as an Associate Polarity Practitioner. My training continues so that I may better serve my clients to assist them on their path towards wellness.

Life is incredibly precious and we need to enjoy each moment to it's fullest. Our thoughts, words, and actions can have a tremendous impact on ourselves and others so they should be filled with love, compassion and hope.
