This ancient healing modality enters a deeper dimension of relaxation, health and well being, creating a positive approach to the mind-body philosophy. LaStone therapy is excellent for sports injuries, arthritis, chronic pain, headaches, sciatica, insomnia, and overall intense relaxation. Nutritional counseling will enable those with various illness learn how to cope nutritionally with their disorders and learn what food supplements or dietary changes need to be made in order to feel the healthiest they can be. This is also excellent for weight loss, and those involved in weight training.
