I am a Reiki practioner who incorporates several modalities into each treatment. I believe that each client is unique and each of their sessions are conducted with the goal of healing and nurturing their body, mind and spirit.

I offer a "Just Give It Up" weight workshop. After my doctor did not recognize me and I explained how I had given up 45 pounds, she suggested I teach this method to others. So I am! The workshop involves many techniques - some familiar, some new. Contact me for dates and location.

I teach Usui Reiki (all levels) and an Introduction to Meditation, which is designed to help the individual experience several types of meditation and to determine which is most effective for them.

I am an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, certified by the International Center for Reiki Training. I am also trained in Crystal Energy Therapy. I have been practicing Reiki for over 15 years. Clients can come to my business location or I will come to your home or office for a treatment session.

Reiki is a wonderful Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radience that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many benefical effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many have reported miraculous results. Add crystal energy, which ulitizes the wide variety of eneries provided by each type of crystal, and the treatment is very revitalizing and peaceful.

Sessions are by appointment only. Sessions are $50.00 per hour. There is an additional charge when the session is conducted at your premises.
