Peaceful Divorce An Idea Whose Time Has Come
Description
Peaceful Divorce Mediation by a family law attorney/certified mediator. I am an ex Special Ed teacher who effectively deals with all kinds of people and shows them that cooperating saves so much more than just money. Using mediation instead of litigation protects your co-parenting relationship. You can charge the flat fee of $2,500 by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Each court has their own filing fee. I complete the whole process in one session or two. Every couple who has worked with me has made a deal and no mediation has ever lasted more than 9 hours. Most are between 4-7 hours.

Philosophy and Comments
As an ex teacher I have to do what is in the best interest of the children. The adversarial process leaves people broke, angry and unable to parent together. The system is broken and I won't participate in the worst racket I have ever witnessed. There are so many family law attorneys who are more interested in lining their pockets at the expense of their emotionally vulnerable clients that it is a dangerous way to resolve your family law problems. It is the joy of my life to help couples find a way to get a peaceful divorce. People come to my Carlsbad office from Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County to work with me because they want to work with an attorney with a powerful intention to complete their case in one day instead of dragging it out.
