I offer doula services in the San Gabriel Valley along with Los Angeles county. My services include emotional and physical support. I am also a lactation specialist and provide home visits. I love working with babies and feel lucky to be able to experience this special time with families.

My name is Juanita. I live in Azusa with my husband, my two kids and my mother. I have worked as a doula for the last four years. My doula certification is through DONA. I am also a member of the DASC organization. I offer gentle nurturing support to mom and dad as well as the rest of the family. My training includes Hypnobirthing for those of you who are taking the classes or who are interested. My career actually started six years ago as a Lactation Councilor in a hospital. Two years after that, I started my Doula practice.

As a Doula, I believe in and trust in every womans ability to "natural childbirthing," also I strongly feel it is my responsibility to support each woman in birthing the way they feel is right for them.

As a Lactation specialist, I try to inform mom on the basics of breastfeeding and help with any breastfeeding issues that arise.
