  Shipping

Most items available are shipped from each of the various individual artists and sellers. A shipping charge is collected on a per item basis as noted on each item page. However, when ordering multiple items from the same seller you may be quoted a lower shipping charge. For ground service, your package(s) will be sent by UPS or USPS and will take approximately five to ten business days to arrive.

All shipping rates relate to the continental United States and Canada. If you are interested in making a purchase to be delivered outside of the continental US or Canada, please Contact Us If you are in need of a rush delivery, please Contact Us and we will do all we can in order to meet your needs.

 Return/Exchange Policy

We are not satisfied if you are not pleased with the items you purchase. Consequently, unless otherwise specified on the item page, all items purchased at are returnable within 14 days. Of course, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received . . . and should be sent back to the seller from whom the item arrived. Sorry, but for now, shipping is at the expense of the customer. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with an item for any reason and would like more information, please Contact Us

Before returning any item, you must first Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA# (which is valid for 14 days). Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues tracking numbers. Be sure to email this tracking number - Contact Us Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit.

 Delivery/Packaging

Many of the items purchased through our website are delivered to you directly by the Artist or Seller. As such, if you order multiple items and they are supplied by different sellers, you may receive your order in separate packages over the course of a few days. Our sellers are all committed to maintaining the environment. As a result, many of our sellers will supply their work to you in packaging that is reused. We hope that you will appreciate this contribution to the environment.

Some of the items we offer  are handmade, artistically crafted in small quantities, unique and one-of-a-kind items, and/or are simply difficult to produce or procure. We kindly ask for your patience when ordering handmade, cottage-industry items. We promise the wait, if any, will be worthwhile.
