Application of reflexology techniques to either the feet, the hands or the ears reduces stress and tension and profoundly relaxes all the corresponding glands, organs and parts of the body. This facilitates improved circulation of the blood and lymph, and improves nerve function. Consequently, all the cells of the body are cleansed, revitalized and rejuvenated and the body is more able to utilize its innate healing capacity. Reflexology supports the person's body in its own natural healing processes.
