Our Name:

The word, SYNERGY, means a cooperative action of two or more forces so that the combined effect is greater than the sum of its parts. It has its origins as a theological term describing the cooperation of human will with divine grace. We chose the name SYNERGY because it defines our beliefs for how healing, change, and empowerment occur, resulting in a new way of being.

Craniosacral work is a gentle hands on technique that enhances the function of every system in the body. It works at the meeting place of energy flow and physical structures, and has a subtle, positive impact on the systems that connect body, mind, and heart.



The craniosacral "puslsation" is the organizing force behind the function of our nervous system, therefore, anything that disrupts the harmonious flow of the craniosacral system (including stress, trauma, toxins, nutrition, etc), has the potential to affect the functioning of the body.



Craniosacral sessions are about re-orienting to the health within you, and remaining in direct felt contact with its expression in your body. This leads to more appropriate responses to immune challenges and stressful experiences, greater vitality, and the restoration of a dynamic balance of healthy function, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles to influence the physiological and psychological functions of the body. The needles are inserted at points that correspond to energy pathways, called meridians, to re-establish or balance the proper flow of energy in the body.
