As a registered psychologist, I work in psychotherapy with adults, couples and groups to assist people in dealing with a variety of life challenges, including addictions, eating disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. An earlier career as a chartered accountant also informs my personal coaching on the psychological aspects of personal finance and financial wellness.

I am a licensed psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and with the Canadian Registry of Health Service Providers in Psychology.

My philosophy of therapy is existential and client-centred. I strive to provide a genuine, supportive relationship, to foster my clients' own strengths, clarify their own choices and to help them find meaning in life. While my work is secular, it is informed by my Christian faith.

Hours are weekdays from 10:00 until 7:00.
The regular fee is $120 for a session
