I am a Certified Trager Practitioner, nationally certified massage therapist and yoga teacher. Trager is a "Yin" approach to bodywork, gentle and deep, stimulating the flow of "chi" energy throughout the entire body.

When I was a child, growing up in Johannesburg South Africa I met a mystic, a healer, who took my hands in hers and told me that one day I would use them with heart as a healer in the world.

Movement and spirit have always been an important part of my life, starting from a young age of soccer to later years of yoga and meditation, leading me to massage.

In 1997, I graduated from the Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City California. In 1999, I was certified as a Trager Practitioner, continuing my education studying with Gail Stewart, Roger Tolle and Dean Juhan. (Author of Job’s body)

For three years I was co-owner of Marshall Hot Springs Spa in New Mexico where I had my practice of Massage and Trager, becoming Nationally certified. The experience of traveling around the world has opened my heart to receive others and help them find the space needed for their healing process.
