Healing Touch is founded on the premise that all people have the ability to facilitate healing through compassionate intent and the balancing of the human energy field. Research has shown that Healing Touch is effective in promoting relaxation, reducing pain, managing stress, speeding tissue and bone healing, strengthening the immune system, preparation for and follow up of medical procedures and supports the dying process.

Betty if a registered nurse and has many years of nursing and teaching experience.She is a certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor. She is a certified Spiritual Healer, Certified Educational Kinesiology soncultant and instructor and Past President of the CHNA.Betty has also studeied a variety of other energy therapies which she uses in her independent nursing practice "Theraputic Balancing.

We are mind body spirit and energy beings, and hence these all play apart in our health and wellbeing. Energy therapies can help to put our body in the best place for self healing.

Generally Monday to Friday 9-5, but evening and weekends maybe arranged. I am also available to teach classes on Healing Touch, Brain Gym, Self care and to do workshops.
