My intention in my sessions and in my trainings is to follow the Buddha's teachings that true health means to be grounded in the present moment. As the Buddha said, "The secret of health, for both mind and body, is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." In all I do, I am focused on helping each individual to live joyfully in the present moment.

Sessions and Trainings by Appointment. Fees vary with client's request for services and or training. I am client centered in my orientation. I like to work at each client's convenience and at a comfortable cost level for them. I never refuse those in need due to a limited ability to pay.
