Raindrop Therapy | 60 min $75
Raindrop Therapy combines the art of aromatherapy — using powerful antiseptic, immune-enhancing essential oils — with light massage to bring the body into structural and electrical alignment. In a most luxurious session, Young Living therapeutic grade oils are dropped like "raindrops" along the spine and then gently and specifically massaged in. The anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-viral oils help reduce inflammation and rid the body of bacteria and viruses that lie dormant in the spinal column. The massage helps to relax the tiny, tenacious muscles between the vertebrae and those supporting the spinal column, encouraging freer movement of the spine. The oils enhance the immune system and help the body to cleanse. The effects are deepened by the application of a warm compress along the spine.

A full Raindrop session consists of the above-mentioned spine and back application along with a foot reflexology-type session administered with the oils.

Integrated Energy Therapy | Angel Work | 90 min $125

Clearing and balancing your energy field can enhance, shorten and be the catalyst for recovery of physical and emotional diseases and disorders. During an energy therapy session you will feel a deep sense of relaxation and a gentle release of energy blocks with the support of the energy therapy practitioner.

Integrated Energy Therapy practitioners do not diagnose or treat disease, but assess the energy flow of the body and support the healing process of their client. Integrated Energy Therapy treatments are done with the client comfortably laying fully clothed on their back while the practitioner gently places their hands on specific areas of the body. During the session the practitioner is connected with Angel Ariel and the client’s Angels. The practitioner then touches on specific points on the body which triggers the release of the particular issues that the client is ready to let go of. Many clients report that they feel much lighter after an Integrated Energy Therapy treatment.

An Integrated Energy Therapy session can also focus on helping a client discover their soul’s mission in life. Once their mission is discovered Integrated Energy Therapy can help them clear away the stumbling blocks (i.e. fear, unworthiness etc.) and replace them with positive affirming attitudes based in joy. The end result is increasing the speed and ease with which your life’s purpose is lived.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy Session | 60 min $70 | 90 min $100
Aromatherapy is an ancient healing art that uses pure, essential oils to enhance the body, mind and spirit.

What is an Aromatherapy session like?
Clients must first complete a personal history form. This form inquires about any current health conditions or concerns, current medications, dietary habits, etc. It is pertinent that this form be completed accurately and in its entirety for your safety. It will be used to determine the appropriate selection of essential oils for you at that time.

The aromatherapy session will include the application of Young Living essential oils diluted in a carrier oil base. Aromatherapy can be employed in many different forms. Massages, inhalations, soaks, compresses, liniments or salves may be used alone or in combination. Each situation is different, hence requiring different approaches.

Benefits & Possible Side Effects
Some benefits of aromatherapy include: stimulation of the immune system, soothing of many types of pain, releasing of toxins, calming of the nervous system, improvement of blood and lymph circulation and relaxation. Side effects of aromatherapy are rare and usually subside within a few hours. Most are topical in nature and resolve themselves in a short amount of time. Clients experiencing adverse reactions should contact their aromatherapist immediately for consultation. To avoid any complications, clients must accurately complete the personal history form in its entirety and see that this form is kept current. Doing so ensures that the proper essential oils are selected for maximum benefit and minimum side effects.

History
As a healing art, aromatherapy dates back to more than 5000 years to ancient Egypt. Almost every native culture used some form of essential oil. The Greek attributed the sweet oils to Divinity and took information from the Egyptians, discovering the tremendous value of myrrh in treating battle wounds. The Romans used oils to fight infections and also for pure pleasure in their baths and massages. Julius Caesar used oils to control his epilepsy.

In the 14th century, during the Bubonic Plague, one-third to one-half of the population was destroyed. Aromatics were the only source of relief. People wore pomanders around their neck or burned oils like frankincense, pine or cedar in their homes. Amazingly, many perfumes and alchemists who worked directly with the oils were spared.

At the beginning of the 18th century, essential oils were being used continuously in medicine. This continued until the early 20th century and brought about the discovery of many new, synthetic drugs.

In the 1920's, a French chemist and doctor, Rene-Maurice Gatefosse, first used the term Aromatherapy to describe the use of essential oil in treatments. He experienced a bad burn in the lab and quickly immersed his and in a vat of lavender oil. He documented the tremendous results he achieved, which resulted in rapid healing without scarring. He compiled many other findings and wrote a book on therapy in 1928.

Jean Valret, a medical doctor following Gatefosse's research, realized many remarkable results treating numerous pathological disorders. His work led to the aromatherapy being recognized as an effective holistic therapy.

Madame Marguerite Maury, a biochemist and beauty therapist, wanted to apply oils externally to serve both therapeutic and cosmetic purposes. It was through her efforts that massage was reintroduced in the field of aromatherapy.

Hippocrates, considered the father of medicine, stated that the way to health is to have an aromatic bath and scented massage every day.

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy | 60 min $70 | 90 min $100
Crystal therapy is a tried and tested complementary therapy that works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Its holistic approach means the whole person is taken into account not just their symptoms. It promotes health by relaxing and re-energising the body. This creates a sense of wholeness and balance and helps the body heal itself. Crystal treatments are excellent at relieving stress and are very relaxing.

A full case history of the client is taken on their first visit. This establishes a thorough background of the person and allows an individually tailored session to be developed. The client should wear natural fiber clothing if possible, as they conduct energies better than man-made fibres. The client lies fully clothed on a massage couch for the treatment.

The crystal therapy treatment begins with the therapist 'tuning into' the patient. The therapist holds the clients feet during this 'tuning in' and detects their energies (this checks their current level of energy and balance). The therapist places clear quartz single terminated crystals on the clients body, pointing up the left side and down the right. This develops a good flow of energy within the client (we receive energies through our left side and give them out through our right). The therapist then clears energy blockages in the physical body, chakras (energy centres) and aura (human energy field).

Specific crystals are placed on the body and chakras to raise the clients energy levels.

The client may feel heat/cold or tingling sensations during the treatment. Some people do not feel any tingling but do feel deeply relaxed and energised. The clients energies are then grounded. A foot massage at the end helps to 'ground' the client even further (or hand massage for those with ticklish feet!). At the end of the treatment, the therapist discusses the treatment with the client and may recommend further treatments or crystals to use at home.
