I teach a variety of meditation methods, drawn from various spiritual traditions. My classes range from beginning level to advanced.

I am a meditation instructor, currently living in Gainesville, Florida. Trained in 1973 by the International Meditation Society, I have been teaching meditation for 35 years. I've taught meditation classes throughout the western and southwestern U.S. and in the U.K., and now teach in north-central Florida and via my website - The World Wide Online Meditation Center.

I have been practicing daily meditation for 41 years. To deepen my practice and further my teaching skills, I have studied with some of the world's foremost experts on meditation from India, Japan and Tibet... including Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Swami Muktananda, Zen Masters Joshu Sasaki Roshi and Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, and the 16th Karmapa.

As a meditation teacher, my intent is to make meditation easy to learn and enjoyable to practice.
