Jovita is a consultant, teacher, speaker, artist, and marketing professional having owned her own advertising agency in New Jersey for over ten years. She brings her ability as an intuitive healing channel and Reiki practitioner to help many overcome emotional and physical disabilities through spiritual counseling and the Being in Balance healing program, which she founded and directs. The program offers private and group healing sessions, workshops, and certification.
Having spent eleven years at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago under the direction of Dr. John Brewer, internationally known physician and researcher in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jovita developed clinical expertise in many aspects of patient care and ongoing research. As a former Managing Editor of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Trophoblastic Disease Research and Treatment Center Administrative Office, she incorporates traditional medical perspectives in the Being in Balance program.
As a natural outreach to the program, Jovita lectures and provides workshops to educate groups about the Chakras and the human aura – the seven vital life force energy centers of the body. She also offers techniques for stress reduction and relaxation through meditation classes.
