Reiki Master Liza Delin and Licensed Massage Therapist Kathy Edwards(MAT-5480) offer personalized bodywork sessions and Reiki classes in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Our Windward Oahu healing center offers a variety of sessions and workshops to help individuals heal body, mind and spirit. Sessions offered include: Reiki Treatments, Raindrop Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, Lomilomi, Stones and Hands, and Swedish Massage. Kathy and Liza also work with therapeutic grade essential oils, and Liza offers monthly Reiki classes.

Reiki is a healing art which works with the life force energy or "ki" that flows through every living thing. The system was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the 1800's and brought to the West by a woman from Hawaii named Hawayo Takata. The basic practise of Reiki is hands-on energy work. Reiki can heal both acute and chronic conditions, treating all aspects of a problem from its root. Most people experience deep peace and relaxation during treatment. Anyone can learn Reiki, and those who receive Reiki training can treat themselves and others for the rest of their lives. Liza offers free monthly talks on Reiki in addition to sessions and classes.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork which helps detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system extends from the bones of the skull, the cranium, down to the sacrum, or tailbone. Craniosacral Therapy can help many common problems such as headaches, migraines, neck and back conditions, TMJ dysfunction, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Craniosacral Therapy also allows gentle but profound emotional release and heals old physical injuries. The delicate manipulations of Craniosacral Therapy are so subtle that most clients relax deeply or even sleep during sessions.

Essential oils- the life blood of plants- are the most ancient medicines on earth. Now, the modern science of aromatherapy uses high quality oils to offer natural support for hundreds of physical and emotional conditions. A gentle yet powerful application of therapeutic grade essential oils, Raindrop Technique corrects spinal defects and enhances overall health. Raindrop Technique is especially helpful for back, neck and shoulder discomfort, immune system support, and emotional release and balancing. During a session, a series of nine pure essential oils are applied on the back, they are massaged, and then a warm towel is placed on the back to allow the oils to penetrate deeply. Classes on Essential Oils and Raindrop Technique are also available.

As the physical body relaxes into the earth, the spirit is lifted up. During a Heaven and Earth, Kathy and Liza offer a two-on-one personalized hour and a half session. This session was named Heaven and Earth because it began as a combination of Reiki(energy work), which feels like heaven, and Swedish Massage (relaxation massage), which is grounding like the earth. Now Heaven and Earth can include everything we offer, including Lomilomi, Craniosacral Therapy, and the use of therapeutic grade Essential Oils. Heaven and Earth provides the type of nurturing which is especially helpful for those facing major life challenges or transitions.
