My work focuses on the mind - body connection and offering clients various ways to acknowledge that connection. I use various modalities to facilitate positive change with my clients, Jin Shin Do acupressure, Aromatherapy, 5 Element Acupuncture, EFT, CranioSacral, and Massage.

I am licensed to practice Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Large Animal massage and Acupressure.

For many years I have nurtured a small herb business and continue to seek education in the field of herbal medicine. I am currently studying with Michael and Leslie Tierra from East West Herb Course.
