From downtown Toronto:
Take the Don Valley Parkway (404) north to the Stouffville Road exit (the 3rd interchange north of 7 highway). Go east to Kennedy Rd. (4 km). Turn left (north) on Kennedy, about 2 km., to 13231. We are the third driveway on the right, north of Bethesda Side road.

From the North:
Take the 404 south to Bloomington. East to Kennedy. Turn right (south) on Kennedy, 1 km to 13231.

The main floor features high ceilings, hardwood floors, wood and gas fireplaces and bright airy rooms for large or more intimate functions. All three floors have smart wiring throughout. Each room is designed to be multifunctional, so that we can create the atmosphere to suit your requirements.

The two largest rooms have huge windows on three sides and are 30' x 42' and 24' x 42' respectively. There are also several smaller breakout rooms. Your group gets exclusive use, so you never have to worry about distraction and interference from another group.

Make Yourself at Home for a Few Days

Mysthaven is wheelchair accessible, with a large ramped cedar deck and an elevator. There are five guest bedrooms on the top floor, each with a view of water and forest. The four bedrooms in the basement all have natural light with wide windows. Guests can take advantage of the extensive library, cozy up to one of the stoves, play in the game room, use computer/internet access, enjoy the steam/sauna, and of course use all the outdoor amenities.

When you need a short break from the busyness of the Big City, consider taking a night or longer, to get away from it all. We are only 35 minutes by car or 60 minutes by GO train from Toronto's Union station. We're also a convenient half-hour drive from Pearson International airport. Yet even being so close to the city, you definitely have the country flavour out here. The air is fresher, the roar of heavy traffic is far away and instead you hear birds and the trickle of moving water.We have several dedicated bedrooms so we can accommodate a fair number for Bed and Breakfast services and overnight group retreats, depending on whether you want private or shared accommodation. If private rooms are a priority for a group retreat, we can also set up some of the common rooms as extra bedrooms to accommodate your group's needs.

At Mysthaven you have the choice of letting us provide food for you, or making your own arrangements with a wide range of possibilities to suit any reasonable budget. For overnight guests, we provide a full breakfast the next morning. Possibilities include French toast, home-made multigrain banana coconut pancakes, muesli or granola, eggs, bacon, and potatoes, breakfast quiche, crepes with berries and cream, cooked cereals, and fresh baked muffins. There is always fresh fruit and yogurt, a selection of boxed cereals and milk, toast with nut butter and jams, juice, coffee and a choice of teas.
