I enjoy guiding clients to change unwanted behaviors, set and accomplish goals, augment their self-esteem and improve their lives. Moving beyond the usual areas of hypnosis such as Stop Smoking, my work has helped mitigate the discomfort of migraine headaches, PMS, IBS, chemotherapy, surgery, dental anxiety, CFIDS, insomnia, obesity and more. I am continually pleased, and sometimes amazed, to see how effective hypnotherapy is.

Greetings & Welcome. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist & Reiki Master who is also certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Medical Hypnosis, Exceptional Cancer Patient (ECAP) Therapist & more. After having guided many on their journey away from discomfort & failure to a life of health and fulfillment, I opened my office in 1996.
