Medical Massage, Ortho-Bionomy, Hypnosis, Healing Touch Energy Work.


Massage and Ortho-Bionomy are designed to help remove physical pain and stiffness/discomfort due to trauma, inactivity, and other conditions. Massage accomplishes this largely through fascial or deep tissue work. Orth-Bionomy largely through following a path of ease and comfortable positions.
Hypnosis and Energy work can help relax the body and remove psychological & emotional impediments in order to sharpen inner focus and accelerate one's progress in life.

Involved in bodywork therapy since 1993. Graduate of Wellness & Massage Training Institute, Willowbrook, Ill with 635 hours of massage training, and 500 hours of Ortho-Bionomy training. Hypnosis training (100 hours) through the Leidecker Institute, Oak Brook, Ill.
Member AMTA, NCBTMB, National Guild of Hypnotists.
Background mainly in clinical massage working with myofascial release, Trigger Points, Isometric & Isotonic Movement (utilizing post-isometric relaxation and reciprocal inhibition), Muscle testing, Range of Motion exercise.

My massage background in deeper tissue work combines well for me with my "softer" approach in Ortho-Bionomy to help find the most pain-free release for my clients and patients. I am a "Medical" Massage Therapist because my goal is the same as the medical profession, to promote health and healing before all else. I believe my profession of Massage therapy and "Bodywork" and the medical profession should be closely allied and working together.
