I have an Ohio license and am Nationally certified. I have certifications in a variety of massage and energy modalities, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral, Reiki, The Reconection, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and others. I use breathwork, Alexander Techniques, stretching and zero balancing to enhance the experience and often provide handouts for practice between massage visits.

I believe in treating the whole person, incorporating, body, mind and spirit. I honor and value each individual that I have the privilege to work with. I often use sound healing as an integral part of the massage - metal singing bowls, tuning forks and toning make the massage experience deeper, more profound and the pain relief and relaxation last longer.

I am available almost every day of the week by appointment. I charge $75 hour and $40 for a half hour. I also do 1.5 and 2 hour appts. and chair massage at my office or yours. Corporate and hospital based massage are done for $70 hour with a 3 hour minimum.
