Lauren took her first yoga class when she was 11 years old, and it has been a part of her life ever since. She has been teaching fitness and wellness for more than a dozen years and is a certified adults and childrens yoga instructor and teaches at her studio, in the community and nationally. She studies with master teachers Barbara Benagh and Rodney Yee, with whom she assitant teaches nationally. Her teaching conveys experience gained from her own strong personal yoga and meditation practice. Her students are both challenged and nurtured and benefit from her extensive knowledge of anatomy and the energy body.

Carolyn Reynolds is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has also recently completed a two year Iyengar training with Patricia Walden.

'Metta' means lovingkindness and is a quality that is central to our work and lives as teachers and practitioners. Through the sincere practice of the eight limbs of yoga, where the mind and body are compassionately challenged and nurtured, one can begin to reacquaint with the inherent joy and love that resides within us.
