Turiya Nada is a powerful yoga/meditation/tantric music compiled of sacred chants of the Siddhars (the enlightened yogis who are journeying beyond) mystical mantras accompanied by the didgeridoo, the harp, singing bowls, djembe,udu,gongs and other instruments.
“Turiya Nada” is the name chosen for our music, as it is this divine causal sound beyond the mantra through which the Siddhars convey their blessings.

The Siddhars are enlightened Sages who journey beyond the realms of the limited mind state. They are in the state of higher consciousness that is beyond sleep, dream and wake. It is this divine state called Turiya that they sing and chant and dance in the higher resonance with sublime bliss.

Nada is the primal causal vibration that resonates within the mantra as the perpetual OM. Nada creates, sustains and destroys and yet it is eternal. Nada is the sacred sound vibration.

The vocal chants are performed by Nandhi who was initiated into this secretive depth of the ancient light by his guru, Ayya, who is in his 17th year of meditation in his cave in Thiruvannamalai, south India (even now!).
The chants of the album ‘The Cave of the Siddhars, brings one into the heart cave where the blissful presence of the eternal divine beings are invoked.

The mystical didgeridoo played by Cofe builds the fire within the music and chants. The primal vibration heals the mind and body. Cofe was initiated as a didgeridoo master in Himalayas through mantras of the sacred breath.

Turiya Nada is merging of the ancient spiritual abundance of the East with the dynamic external energy of the West through the divine resonance of the enlightened Sages!

The Siddhar Sages are the evolved yogis who journey beyond enlightenment. “Siddhi” means attaining perfection, divine powers and powerful mind. A Siddhar is one who posses the Siddhis.
The most important aspect of the Siddhars is the recognition that the body is a sacred temple that must be tended to with higher wisdom of yoga as it is only in the rare gift of human birth that we can accomplish to evolve higher and in the process lift the collective energy of mankind higher.

The Siddhar Sages discarded religion, rituals, caste systems and beliefs as with this thought, “Below the tree, each has a different ray of Light; rising above the branches of ignorance, there is the one eternal Light; that Light is expressed below in the ego level, in so many tongues as religious paths!”
Who is a Siddhar? In the words of Siddhar Thirumulanathar-

"No going; no coming
No death; no aging
No delay in seeing Light behind breath
Beyond desire
Thus it is with Siddhars
Who attained this Siddhi(the power of perfection)"

The music and chant intends to awaken the body and the mind of the listener to the primal resonance.

[Va Va Va Va Yen Guru Natha-invoke the Siddha Guru

Va is the sound resonance invoking the Goddess. "Va" also means in Tamil "come"

and "Yen" means "my". "Natha" is the term to denote the higher realized beings,

the Siddhars. By invoking this mantra, we are calling our personal ancient Siddha

Guru who has been waiting for our call all along.]

This song invokes joy and the heart’s yearning to want connect with the Soul.

[Sarva Mangala- Invoke the Auspicious Goddess

"Sarva" means universal and "Mangala" means "the auspicious". By dwelling on the inner vibration of the mantra that invokes the presence of the Goddess, the graceof divine wisdom is showered. This mantra chant invokes the guidance of Mother Kundalini. Nandhi unites with Goddess Thiru Nyana Prasanambigai- The Sacred One Pregnant in Wisdom.]
