My doula philosophy is this: Birth is a Life Experience, not a medical condition to be "gotten through." Whether home or hospital, breast or bottle, medicated or non-medicated, I am there to support you and your labor partner!

My philosophy of massage is that: massage can help you to...recover from trauma, relax, develop better self-care techniques, alleviate symptoms of chronic pain, and improve your overall well-being.

Doula Services: I take 2-3 births per month, to ensure personal service to each family.

Massage: Varies, depending on needs. Typically, available days until 4:30 p.m. & weekends.
