Ever since childhood, I have enjoyed meeting new people and reaching out to others to share what I have learned in a way that will positively influence their lives. I also enjoy networking with like-minded people to draw on their experiences and build solid relationships - on a personal as well as a professional level.

Aside from that I've been married for 32 years, have 3 children who are all happily married, and 2 wonderful grandchildren! I enjoy photography, camping, biking, and a variety of other outdoor activities. Additionally, I enjoy working with others to educate them on ways to improve their health, and to assist them in lighting the way through some of life’s complex mazes.

My focus has been to facilitate natural healing with nutritional and dietary supplements. I have experience in working with vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathy, and essential oils. Glyconutrients have added a whole new dimension to my wellness and health practice.
