Laila Is a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, Diplomat in Homeopathy.

Laila’s practice of the Healing Arts is a continuation of family tradition reaching several generations back. Her husband’s cancer and later passing became a driving force for her to do further research in the subjects of spiritual awareness and healing. At that time, she found different healing modalities, although considered Reiki as the most appealing technique. Laila has been using hands-on-healing since childhood, although did not recognize the full impact of what she was doing, as it came naturally to her. Laila is constantly researching in order to refine and more fully be able to integrate the Reiki technique with conventional medicine. She regularly incorporates Essential Oils, Flower Essence, Hypnosis and Dream Interpretation into her work.

Laila’s scholastic background includes psychology, counseling and some medical studies. Reiki has for a long time been taught through oral tradition, which left teachings open to subjective energies and influences. To overcome these gaps, Laila has authored a comprehensive manual with workbooks for Reiki teachings, along with a guidebook for self-empowerment and well-being. She has also created healing audiotapes, CD and affirmation cards.

Laila is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and the International Association of Integrative Medicine.
