This retreat will Refresh your mind, Renew your body and Reconnect you to your spirit. It will be a blend of wellness presentations, workshops, fun and awakening activities. Connect with interesting and like minded individuals in this sacred space. Casa del Encanto B & B is in a serene and tranquil setting. All of this is ideal for relaxation and opening yourself to receive and integrate all that you will experience this weekend.
Retreat will be held on Saturday & Sunday, Mar. 27 & 28, 2010 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will be meeting at Casa Del Encanto, located in Altos Del Maria, which will be providing lodging and nutritious meals.
Saturday's schedule includes, connecting to the group, setting your intent, meditation, yoga, play activities, workshops on self exploration and healing modalities. We will begin our day on Sunday by saluting the sun with yoga. After a break for a refreshing breakfast, we will regroup for more wellness workshops. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to receive an individual & private healing session with the practitioner and modality of your choice.
Modalities offered:
Past Life Regression with Sheila Pichler-The subconscious recalls every moment your soul has experienced, from life time to the next. By going to the origin of an issue using regression, patterns and pains may be released.
Soul Focused Healing with Teresa Martinez- A scientific system of Energy Medicine that works through the Chakra System. Dolphin Healing Energy with Anne Gordon- Experience and receive the documented healing energy of the Dolphins without having to be in the presence of live dolphins. Anne often receives visions and messages from the dolphins providing clarity to her clients.
Reiki/Massage with Rene de Iglesia- Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energetic healing carried out by placing hands over a person to channel healing energy. Rene often combines Reiki with massage and/or acupressure.
