Rosen Method Bodywork

Rosen Method Bodywork is a completely unique means of using direct touch and verbal dialogue to access the knowledge within us and reach our true consciousness. This consciousness comes unbidden from deep with us - bypassing the thinking mind. Rosen touch is gentle, inquiring, supportive touch that meets the recipient. It is never intrusive nor does it wish to fix or change. It interprets the meaning of muscle tension and explores how our emotional lives manifest in ourr bodies. Rosen Method is characterized by the gentleness of the approach.Rosen Method does not call it self a body-oriented therapy; it facilitates the awareness and experience of unresolved feelings by using touch.
