Reiki is usually translated as "universal life energy." It is a holistic healing system, meaning that it treats the whole being, healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. A Reiki practitioner places their hands on the client or pet or just above the body of the person or pet. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radianr energy that flows through and around you, Reiki is being used in many hospitals around the world and St. Johns in Oxnard and Camarillo has a Reiki staff attached to the Cancer Center at the present time.
Virginia is teaching Reiki Level l and Reiki Level ll in Ventura. Check her website to find the dates and times that the classes are offered.
