As a healer, I strive to work with individuals in a way that promotes a peaceful and healthy planet. Healing takes place despite the conflict and pain that washes over us in our daily lives.

While watching negative images on the news, the parts of your body are still working in harmony. Your heart beats in time, your digestive system manages what you feed it, and your mind is processing information. Yet you are affected by the the stressful images being presented.

We often move methodically throughout each day, forgetting the joy of existence and the gifts of peace and health. We must remain conscious of the miracles in our daily lives - our children's laughter, our lover's touch, our parents' wisdom, our friends' support. Our choices in life can ripple forward and provide the world with positive growth. Each action does not exist separately from all others, but is part of the symphony of life.

We must learn to live in accord with our families, remembering that most of the discord we experience comes from our own state of imbalance. It is important to reflect on the goodness we share, not the irritation of the moment.

As a part of the world community, we must make a place in our lives for healing in the larger sense. This can include deciding not to use pesticides around our home, participating in a road cleanup, or donating to environmental organizations that work each day to save our natural resources.

We must connect and be conscious of our shared ability and responsibility to heal. In this way we can all move toward a place of renewal and peace.

I am a Medical Intuitive and Rehabilitation Counselor with 30 years of experience in traditional and complementary health therapies. I have significant experience in developing intuition for improved health and well-being. I provide Medical Intuitive sessions, Energy Healing, Integrative Therapy, Shamanic Studies, and Soul Retreival and Energy Medicine to individuals who are eager to improve their physical, mental and spiritual health. With considerable knowledge in both traditional medicine and non-traditional therapies, I enjoy working as a counselor, speaker and columnist.

After many years working in a traditional manner, I became aware of the limits of existing health modalities. This led me on a journey to train with a shamanic healer, a Reiki master and other alternative health care professionals. I decided to use my newly honed skills to help people find alternative approaches to health.

I hold a post master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a C.S.S. degree from Harvard. I am a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, a fellow of the American Psychological Association, and a diplomate of the American Association of Integrative Medicine.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with individuals using many modalities. I have studied as a Medical Intuitive, traditional Therapist, Rehabilitation Counselor, Shaman, Energy Healer, and Holistic Wellness partner.

On my journey from the traditional medical model I have learned that each person is like a snowflake, unique and beautiful, and on their own individual journey.

We may enter the process of healing together through any of the services I provide.

After discussion and review, we develop a plan of action to work toward physical and emotional wellness. I will continue to work with you both by phone and in person for as long as the path to wellness requires.

I have worked with over one thousand people with a wide variety of concerns ranging from cancer, traumatic injury, and chronic illness, to anxiety disorders and life transitions. With many years of experience in traditional environments, I have built a basis of knowledge in traditional medicine and treatments as well as knowledge of alternative and non-western therapies. As a Medical Intuitive, Counselor, and Energy Healer, I enjoy using my gift of third eye sight and my skills as a Therapist to help people achieve their personal and health goals.

I provide Medical Intuitive, Energy Healing, Integrative Psychotherapy, and Shamanic Studies sessions to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Medical Intuitive Body Scan - I intuitively see into your body, much like a CT scan, to identify and address physical health concerns, including chronic conditions often undiagnosed by conventional methods. This is a ninety minute session of viewing and assessing health concerns and strengths, including a head to toe mental scan of your body.

Integrative Psychotherapy - I provide holistic therapy for your mind, body and spirit. Integrative psychotherapy focuses on creating an interactive decision-making process for all aspects of a person's wellness. This therapy creates a template for making growth-challenging decisions that best benefit the wellness of a person's whole being.

Energy Healing - I provide energy healing sessions - drawing from the disciplines of reiki, energy balancing, personal totem pole process, craniosacral, accupressure, and zero balancing. Often she uses guided imagery to help improve the energy flow, or chi, creating wellness and an improved sense of well being. Areas of tension and chakras that hold energy are released, and energy flow is improved.

Soul Retrieval and Energy Medicine - I believe many times parts of ourselves are lost through traumatic events, in this time or others. I can help you work to heal. I am also comfortable working with entities or spiritual issues that need resolution.

Shamanic Studies - I am currently taking on new students with a sincere interest in the understanding and practice of Shamanic Healing. This is a one-on-one program that focuses on the following:

* Clearing any blockages that may impede the following of your path toward your specific physical, mental, or spiritual destination,

* Exploring your role as a healer and future Shamanistic worker (light worker),

* Defining your path, and learning the tools needed to follow that path,

* Assisting in the transition toward that goal while staying in right relation toward the Earth and all her beings.
