July 16th 2008 - PROBLEM: The Pit Bull Who Ate a Wall and Climbed a Tree
Twelve year old Kelly was a nervous wreck. The slightest sounds – wind chimes, someone typing on the computer – made her pace around and then hide in another room. One day, the sounds of nearby construction drove this panicked dog to chew up a wall and climb a large tree in an effort to escape the noise.
NUMBER of ESSENTIAL HEALING SESSIONS: 3
RESULTS: At one year follow-up, Kelly has had no further episodes of “going berserk”. Her owner reports that Kelly is less sensitive to all sounds, and even tolerates the nail-gun used by construction workers.
PROBLEM: A Very Stubborn Mare
Apache Dancer was so determined to have her own way and get the attention she wanted, that she was willing to injure herself in the process – including attempts to kick down fences. A great competitor in eventing, she was often impossible to direct by her rider. Dancer’s escapades were legendary, and her self-caused injuries numerous.
ESSENTIAL HEALING SESSIONS: 3
RESULTS: Owner reports after 3 months, “Dancer has been sterling – so good she scares me! She was unpredictable, desperate and in pain. Now there is no self-destructive behavior, she is unbelievably obedient, flexible, and no longer frantic or hyper.”
PROBLEM: A Traumatized Dog
Fluffy was a known victim of past abuse. He annoyed his owner because of his constant cravings for attention. He also panicked and fled from loud noises – often it would be difficult to locate him.
ESSENTIAL HEALING SESSIONS: 1
RESULTS: Fluffy is much calmer, and does not demand so much attention. As for the panic, he surprised his owners by staying in one place after he heard gunshot nearby.
PROBLEM: Feuding Female Felines
Aggressive “Nyx” moved in, and “Rhiannon” was literally pissed off! She urinated on the rug daily, while the two cats engaged in on-going battles. Their owner feared she would have to give one of them away.
ESSENTIAL HEALING SESSIONS: 4
RESULTS: Peace in the household – and dry rugs!
