A.D.D. Animal Communication

As a child, the hardest part of being A.D.D. {“Additional Dimension Disorder‘},was feeling that in life I never made the grade point average so therefore must be “less.” I found communication with animals comforting and easy.

DRAWING, MUSIC & STORMS...learning to “feel” through interpretation

I was blessed in that I had a mother who sat me down at a big dining room table to draw my frustrations. My father, being a teacher, desperately was trying to make sense of my slow learning skills. But dad loved dogs and storms. He taught me the love of getting down at an animals level on the floor, rolling with them, whispering to them, and absorbing the smell of worms and wet cement, lightning and rain on a screened in porch. Mom on the other hand, would say, “Now go draw about that feeling.” She would play symphonies on the stereo for back ground music to my creative imagery.

ANIMALS ARE ANGELS THAT GIVE WITNESS TO OUR LIVES

What my parents had also nurtured within me was my Intuition. Feeling through emotion, music, one to one, is the stuff the third eye thrives on. Could they ever have imagined their daughter’s lessons in "feeling" in the abstract, would lead her to be a follower of her Additional Dimension Disorder as a Career Direction? To understand what I did not have...was not "less" but "more."

Animals, music and drawing take the compassionate mind to another level. They are the very best gifts we can give our children. Compassionate same-level communication with animals taught me that no matter how much the world expects, the love of an animal is a spiritual happiness easily earned, and sadly ruined by stupid life decisions. Animals give witness to all our life trials, and teach A.D.D. children the reward of what a slow breath and relaxed hand can receive back if only they will empty their mind and relax with a pet. I believe animals are as relevant to guiding our spiritual process as Angels.

TEACH YOUR A.D.D. CHILD HOW TO "BLOCK". DON'T GIVE THEM DRUGS

Blocking is the ability to learn how to "turn off" a thought or "feeling" that haunts you.

There are Pain Control Cliques that teach how to control chronic pain by controlling how brightly a light shines in a machine with one's own mind. The patient learns by blocking the pain, the light in the machine gets dimmer and dimmer.

A similar process is also used for Obsessive Habits. Learning that by blocking the "thought" client can dim a light, teaches them also to block out the habit.

Why have we not used this same process with students with A.D.D. in Blocking Distraction? Used as a Game, the A.D.D. child could learn to block distractions as "They Win!"....so that study and learning would be made easier. Acute Intuitive Pinging is a Good thing. Why kill it with drugs? Just train it with Bounderies of the Light.
