Ruth Hartung is the Director of 7 Centers Yoga Arts. She taught for 7 years in Los Angeles and Seattle before beginning her Kundalini training with Yoga Bhajan and the 3HO Foundation with additional studies in Tantra from Sunyata Saraswati. In 1994 she initiated with the Bihar School of Yoga lineage through Paramahansa Satyananda Saraswati. Ruth has done advanced study with Yoga Vikashananda of Nepal. She also has a ten-year practice in Vipassana Meditation. Ruth is mentored by Rama Jyoti Vernon and is collaborating with the American Vedic Astrology Assn. to join and integrate the science of astrology with yoga.

7 Centers offers a unique approach to overall health, using ayurveda, vedic astrology and yoga. Our teacher training programs are also viewed as personal healing experiences and are offered in an ashram-like model, allowing for total immersion during the 30 day period.
