Profile and Credentials        

Judith holds a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist. She is a member of the American College of Nutrition. Judith studied herbal therapeutics with David Winston, A.H.G. for 3 years, where she learned additional diagnostic skills.

She conducts her own clinical nutrition practice in Morris Plains, NJ. Judith has served as a professor of Nutrition at the County College of Morris and is known for her original workshops and seminars presented in corporate, educational and medical settings.

Philosophy and Comments        

Judith will become your partner in your search for increased health and vitality. Her roles will go from Nutrition Detective to Analyst to Creative Planner to Teacher to Nutrition Coach as needed.

Judith believes in giving you a variety of tools --one by one-- to help you learn to listen to your body, so ultimately you will be able to travel the path to perfect health on your own, just checking in now and then if you are dealing with something new.

Tools to manage stress and deal with emotions are just as critical to successful outcomes as knowing how and what to eat. You will learn a lot about yourself and how to live the life you want working with Judith!!

Work Hours and Fee Schedule        

Hours are available by appointment.

DAYTIME hours are available Tuesday from 9 AM - 6:30 PM and Thursday from 9 AM - 2 PM.

EVENING hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30-9:30 PM


VISIT I (one hour): Assessment of individual metabolism, function level and constitution. Initial habit transformation model. Implementation workbook included.

VISIT II (one hour): Customized eating program detailing foods to emphasize, foods to reduce, lifestyle recommendations and suggested supplementation as appropriate. Supplementation may include vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, targeted nutrition, herbal tea, traditional Chinese or Ayurvedic formulas, or even herbal formulas customized to your unique needs.


FOLLOW-UP sessions for assistance, progress assessment, individual support and to make adjustments as needed. Sessions scheduled at 1-6 week intervals.

Most follow-ups range from 30-40 minutes ($80-$110)


NUTRITION COACHING for advanced support and guidance to facilitate individual diet and lifestyle transformation $300/MONTH ...See description below.

The objective of your personalized program is to create a heightened state of health and balance through dietary choices and lifestyle modifications--including more effective stress management techniques.

Weight change is often less dramatic than with fad diets. Instead you will find yourself reaching your ideal weight gradually and maintaining it with little effort because of the new long-lasting habits you created. Your program should resonate with who you are and feel right.


Becoming healthier is a process! With the help of Judith as your nutrition coach, you will have the support you need to maneuver around everyday roadblocks and detours. Get good at the basics of learning to listen to your body and giving it what it wants and needs. Develop skills in stress management and find the kinds of exercise you will really enjoy and that suit your body and constitution. HAVE FUN!!
