CERTIFICATIONS
I have been gathering tools for SELF-REALIZATION and HEALTH for many years. After traveling the world and teaching for over a decade, I have condensed them in one location, in paradise, here on Maui. As we are multi-dimensional beings I have brought together diverse modalities from all over to meet these needs. We offer a vibe machine as well as simple breathing techniques to increase our frequencies as well as sound healing in our celestial sound studio to water and movement therapies. Herbs and nutrition are a large part of what we offer as we "are what we eat" ! I like to share what i've learned to assist others in empowering themselves to a more peaceful sense of wellbeing and health. I have put together an eclectic and powerful array of offerings that heal, invigorate, detox, and relax all of the bodies (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) in a very short time. I am continually incorporating the "tools" I've learned to help me become more "awake" and how I interpret what comes my way, keeps me in joy and health instead of fear and negativity. I would like to share these "jewels" with you.

Just added in 2007. Spend a day or partial day in our Gardens overlooking the ocean where you can sit in the Infrared Sauna and watch the whales jump. 2 hour yoga and meditation session followed by freshly juiced organic greens and carrots for health and detoxification. Soak with Aromatherapy in our glass enclosed garden jacuzzi bath. Follow this up with a glorious massage and you'll need a taxi home, and everyone will want to know why you have a permanent smile on your face. Just added in 2007. Our beautiful retreat property is now available for overnight stays for those who want the health advantage while soaking up the best that Maui has to offer for outdoor sports. Centrally located on northshore to access surfing, windsurfing, kiting, mountain biking, body boarding. Bring your own car, food and sports gear. We'll provide a private room and bath, kitchen, yoga, healing and peaceful sanctuary when you're not out maximizing your physical abilities. Only $80- $120 per night. 3 night minimum. On-site massage available upon request. 
For 8 days, we sleep under the stars, hike the jungles and deserts, talk story with the locals, visit sustainable farms and environmental wonders, on each island. We might kayak down a coastline, ride a horse or mule into a volcanic crater, mountain bike a ridge that looks out over 3 islands, frolic in the ocean with wild spinner dolphins, surf, snorkel and swim in many bays and pristine waters. All while eating from the land and not from the grocery stores! Island to Island Transportation is included in price but bring your own sleeping bag gear.
