I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and 3 years' experience in the medical field. I love working with words and have always excelled in the use of language. Most of my computer experience has been self-taught, although I have taken several computer classes over the years. I do digital and micro-cassette transcription as well. I am usually in the process of learning something new.

I consider my greatest strength to be my "people" skills; I have had great success in developing rapport with the people I've met, both professionally and personally. I have a passionate interest in who others are and the paths that they've taken. I treat others with respect and genuine caring.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist and have Therapeutic Touch certification.

I have a fairly holistic view of the world. I believe that we are all here for a reason, and that nothing is coincidence or accident. I make every attempt to be available when the situation arises. Because I work out of my home, this is usually feasible. On-site situations need to be discussed ahead of time, of course.
